Attributes & experience

  • Must have previous reception or administration experience
  • A massive smile & welcoming nature
  • Exceptional telephone manner
  • Competent in using Office365 programs
  • Strong typing speed & accuracy
  • Current drivers licence required
  • Living on Tomaree Peninsula would be a massive advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Answer & direct incoming calls
  • Greet clients
  • Maintain the office, office equipment, stationery and supplies including cleaning
  • General office duties, banking, mail, deliveries, scanning, filing, key and document management
  • Assist Property Management team
  • This role involves working every Saturday (days off are Sunday & Wednesday’s)
