O’Meara Property is a busy Real Estate office in the heart of Nelson Bay providing a wide range of real estate services including residential and commercial sales and management, self storage and holiday accommodation. Attributes & experience
- Must have previous reception or administration experience
- A massive smile & welcoming nature
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Competent in using Office365 programs
- Strong typing speed & accuracy
- Current drivers licence required
- Living on Tomaree Peninsula would be a massive advantage
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answer & direct incoming calls
- Greet clients
- Maintain the office, office equipment, stationery and supplies including cleaning
- General office duties, banking, mail, deliveries, scanning, filing, key and document management
- Assist Property Management team
- This role involves working every Saturday (days off are Sunday & Wednesday’s)
- Be part of a strong supportive team
