Accommodation Manager – Hunter – Full Time

We are currently seeking a suitable Accommodation Manger to join our team in the Hunter. Reporting to the Operations Manager. you will be responsible for assisting with a range of day-to-day House coordination, and leading the team to deliver quality, person-centred and customer focused outcomes for participants in our Supported Independent living homes. Within the parameters of the role, the position is responsible for the quality of services, ensuring the timeliness and working within the agreed budget. The role is also responsible for implementing a planned approach to the professional development of the team members and participant outcomes. You may also provide support in other areas of the Brighter Access management team as required.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA :
- National police check clearance
- Working with Children check clearance
- Commitment to inclusion & disability service standards
- Previous experience working with disability in supports
